Portugal fashion Week young fashion designer Sara Maia presented her collection for Fall/Winter 2013-14. Based on minimalism with nice cuts and geometric shapes Maia is showing her visions. With great details,Black and White, mix of fabrics and strong silhouettes she presented outerwear for current season.

Byungmun Seo - "Paradox of non-existent existence" - Spring/Summer 2014

Story behind Byungmun Seo's new collection is saying that many creations and ideas are limited and not able to fully develop due to society and is predetermined by the notion of convenience for capitalism and materialism. Also human mind is seeing and believing only what they wanna see and believe, therefor everything else that doesn't fit their description is being ignored and considered as non-existent. But here we come to point of Byungmun Seo Spring/Summer 2014 collection where designer explains:

"This paradox can be resolved by the fusion of the unexpected and inexistent aspect of objects and manifests in a resistance against the traditional and existing perspective of objects.We contemplated this paradox to create new beauty of existing object resisting preconceived idea and traditional perspective and, to envision new image of nonexistent objects with deviant perspective of them.And we pursue the imagery into construction of garment and contrast of fabrics to create new beauty giving them a new meaning and freedom of their perception."

Obscur - Spring/Summer 2014

Few months ago Swedish brand Obscur presented their Spring/Summer 2014 collection. Mix of architecture, Scandinavian design, minimalism, textures, fabrics in already known black/white color combination with addition of brick red. obèse.plein - A/W 2013-14

Born in 1974 in Macau S.A.R., China, Rober Lai studied at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and graduated in 1998 with the Cornelia Steckl fashion fellowship award for the best collection, founded obèse.plein in 2009. CIVILIZED - Fall/Winter 2013-14

Not so  long ago Japanese brand CIVILIZED released collection for Fall/Winter 2013-14.  Look for 2013 offers us minimal designs made of warm matherials such as tweed, leather, jersey, melton mostly in grey and black color. Collection contains their already good and know designs: masks, hoods, zippers, jackets that adapts to the form of the body.
