The Thamanyah Fall 2015 collection represents a Bedouin approach to Western tailoring. Creative Director Ahmed Abdelrahman invents his idea of a post-petroleum Bedouin gentleman, who seeks to mirror the rapid economic growth of the region, with his sartorial evolution. The collection’s aesthetics are influenced by the ascetic writings of Khalil Gibran. The general tone remains quiet and contemplative, with luxuriously consumptive details like dolman sleeve shapes, cocoon backs and oversized scarves, executed in fine Italian fabrics.
